da Ala Wai canal was ebbing and rising for a period. A whole 2-inches from high to low.

Whew! I think you all need a sip of champagne, including Pirate Kitty! Then re-christen the Popeye boat, too. Have a peaceful Sunday. DrumMajor

O Cloudia! I can't believe you actually stayed in a high rise! But I guess roads to mountain areas would be difficult to travel with a cat!
So glad to hear that you are safe!

We sat glued to webcams of your island on CNN last evening, thinking of you and your floating home, Cloudia. So glad all is well.

No tsunami better mess with our Cloudia. I'd come there and kick its watery butt!

I'm very pleased all is well there!
I did pray to the Creator often for your Islands to be spared damage. You are so lucky!

Hi Cloudia! March has arrived and maybe this awful winter will be gone...

I was following the tsunami warning live on CNN and must confess that it looked to much ado about nothing; fortunately!!

Meanwhile, Blogtrotter 2 is still in Haiti. Hope you enjoy and have a great week!!
