Song of Dawn

A L O H A !

" Slow buds the pink dawn
 like a rose

From out night's gray
 and cloudy sheath;

 Softly and still
it grows and grows,
 Petal by petal,
 leaf by leaf."
  Susan Coolidge

Bless the flowers

“Faith is the bird
that feels the light

I think that is the most beautiful sky I've ever seen.

I am of a dark mind lately, yet I know faith is a human who without wings still takes flight to the vastness above the colors. I do miss them so.

Gorgeous.

Today here, a wild storm crashed through at 4:30 a.m. -- scary, but also exhilarating, leaving a nice suffused light just before dawn.

Cheers ~~

Be careful Cloudia -- goin' around stickin' peace flowers in dragons' mouths! I checked every hour one night to catch exactly when the garden fairy opened the new hibiscus buds: around 4 a.m.

Hi Cloudia, we have many birds here that start their daily business of waking up and such before the sun comes up, if I'm awake with the windows open I love to lie and listen to them chirping away!!

Thank you, Cloudia! I love your photos, love your quotes. Tagore is one of my favorites. I like your names, too! Comfort Spiral is what it feels like, and CLoudia's a good name, in an enveloping, embracing way.

thanks for the poetry!
