東日本大震災から１周年、ここに一同と共に、震災により失われた多くの人々に深く哀悼の意を表します。

　１年前の今日（こんにち）、思いも掛けない巨大地震と津波に襲われ、ほぼ２万に及ぶ死者、行方不明者が生じました。その中には消防団員をはじめ、危険を顧みず、人々の救助や防災活動に従事して命を落とした多くの人々が含まれていることを忘れることができません。
