Into Wonder Opens

" Children might

or might not be

 a blessing,

but to create them

and then fail them

was surely

 damnation. "

Lois McMaster Bujold

" I myself
am made entirely
 of flaws,
stitched together
with good
intentions."

       Augusten Burroughs

" From wonder
 into wonder
existence opens. "

Lao Tzu

Me thinks you're more of a patchwork quilt, stitched together, but still warm and comforting, eh? DrumMajor

Aloha Cloudia- Lovely photos as ever- darling little girl- and your quotes true as the day is long- (and at the same time- far too short!) I just saw a book title that relates perfectly to raising children! Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet! Kind of fits doesn't it!

Bujold ~sounds so obvious..buuut.

It happens to be something I think about.....when I see children who could use some intervention.
