as suits YOUR situation.
Insights remain valid

 Balance
On one foot
then the other.
Works your core
thighs, ankles, feet,
preserves sense of
balance.
Hold a table's edge
or such till just
one finger is enough.
Then without finger touching.
Becomes easy [-er]

 Hop
Then jump
 to maintain bone mass,
leg strength,
respiratory capacity
 and coordination
to avoid falls.
DO Avoid falls!
proceed hop by hop.
Begin by holding on.
Stay within your zone
which WILL expand
and you will feel great.

I actually like the aging process… it's gradual & quite interesting.

I've been doing a bit of yoga lately, each day. Makes my back feel better.

I'll add the balance exercise. Thanks, Cloudia!

Thanks for all the tips!

I do balancing all the time - am working on doing it with eyes closed which is very hard. Hopping sounds like a good addition to my activities.

Two of your anti-aging tips are beyond me. Balancing and hopping. But my wobbly, graceless self persists (sort of).
And aging is soooo much less frightening than the alternative. And I would hate to be a teenager again.

Hey, these look simple enough that even I'm tempted to try them. My favorite quote is the first one.

All good recommendations. I do have to do something for my bones. Zumba helps, but it does scare me that my bones are not as strong as they used to be. I'll try the hopping.
