The Only Sane People -

- Are People You Don't Know That Well Yet

A  L  O  H  A !
 " If you think
anyone is sane
you just don't know
 enough about them. "
                                 Christopher Moore

“Every
uncomfortable feeling,
every pain,
every moment
of
stress and suffering
is for your own
self-realization. "
                             Byron Katie

We all get overwhelmed
from time to time.
It's the Human Condition.

So many open questions,
so many hate-filled voices.
[they are really voices of fear]

Just holding & sharing
PEACE
Doesn't feel like
Doing Anything
near Enough.

But it is.

[Refraining from blame,
from acting out,
changes the game]

What is near at hand,
appreciate.

Doesn't feel like much.

But I assure You
It Is.
                  Fondly, cloudia

It's true that there are times we just get overwhelmed. I had that condition a couple of weeks ago and it took me a while to get myself back to normal again.
