Someone said
Every day unnoticed
we are helped
in a million ways.
Still we get to
"do it ourselves" in
an enduring mystery
of our being.
If every prayer
was answered in a
predictable way
then it wouldn't
be a prayer.
It would be
a transaction.
that every prayer
is heard, and
is answered.
But sometimes
the answer is "No"
for our own good.
