If you cannot see the rainbow because your face is down, don't argue that no rainbow is up there. Lift up your passion and take your dreams off the ground! Israelmore Ayivor

Be the Person
Your Dog Thinks
You Are. C.J. Frick

Don't fall
before you're pushed.
English Proverb

We carry inside us
the wonders we seek
outside us.
        Rumi

Mind be clear
Strong and free,
Ready to face
Whatever may be.

To handle life's puzzles
With consummate ease,
Find joy in the simple things,
That please.

But when balance falters
Life gets tough,
Each day a struggle
It can be rough!

I lose my way,
And darkness starts to creep,
Making every moment feel
like a heavy sleep.

So I remind myself
To take care each day,
To nurture my mind
And live a better way.
I breathe, I calm, I focus
On what's real,
And slowly, my balance
Begins to heal.

With every step,
I find my footing again,
And life becomes manageable,
less of a strain.

I learn to appreciate
The little things,
And find peace in the
Quiet moments that brings.

it contains the most positive exhortations!!

    how true!!

  8. Loved your poem, and especially the photo of orchid blossoms against the tree trunk. At first I thought, how did that tree make those blossoms...then saw the stem!
