Acceptance Flower Joy

A L O H A  From

When you wear
the weed of impatience
in your heart instead of the
flower Acceptance-with-Joy,
you will always find
your enemies get an
advantage over you.

I don’t know anything,
but I do know that
everything is interesting
if you go into it deeply enough.

I set out to find my peace
in the skies and the tulips,
in the howling of the winds,
in the rain under the shed
and it was right there

  3. I like your quote about “everything is interesting” but I am not at all sure that most of us can go as deep as Feynman! He was such a great thinker, writer, and scientist.

  5. Good tube that's given it's all. I remember when tubes were made of metal (lead, zinc?) instead of plastic. I still have some old watercolor tubes that are metal. Paint is dried up now!

  10. Guru Pixie exhorts us to chill out and avoid the waves and the winds; all we need is our inner calm.

  11. Lizards, ducks and moths. All cute things. That lizard had some great coloring. I don't like to waste things either, sometimes when I get to the end I will cut it open. lol

  12. My toothpaste tube ends up like that tube. Some lotion and potion containers are cut in two to extract the often substantial remains.
