other people permission
to do the same.

Moving As One
Together,
we become the wind
a congregation of courage,
Flowing like a prayer
in motion.
Every wheel sings
the same circle song
of becoming one,
a single heartbeat.
In the rush,
we discover stillness—
the quiet unity
of moving as one,
a living flame
racing through the world.
Leaning into the wind,
trusting one another,
we turn effort into grace,
distance into beauty,
and the road
into a hymn of freedom.
Confidence is the sweet spot
between arrogance and despair-
consisting of positive expectations
for favorable outcomes.

Looks like someone didn't take your advice about keeping the sword in its sheath. No wonder Pixie looks concerned.
ReplyDeleteYou have so many beautiful skies to see and photograph.
ReplyDeleteHello Cloudia,
ReplyDeleteLove the sky images and your poem.
Cute Pixie is looking confident.
Take care, enjoy your day and the new week ahead.
The imagery evoked by Moving as One is amazing, Cloudia. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteGood reminder about letting our lights shine. I like the bicycle metaphor. Good job.
ReplyDeleteBike riders seem to have an awareness of jsut a second ahead of them, the vectors of all the other bikes around them, their speed as well, in order to continue in the direction that the rider wishes to go. I learned this in college, watching, riding at speed along paths with other bikes and the slow pedestrians.
ReplyDeleteSending love to you and Pixie.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your every day posts.
ReplyDeleteSuper sky and great words, Cloudia. ;-)
