Are you managing

your energy well and

using it for things that matter?

Do you stop to recharge before

you push yourself to

critically low levels?

Unplug to recharge.

Are you a Silver City

What can we gain

Looking out

over a dark and glittering city,

preferably beside a great river,

harbor, or the sea.

That's the place, the time

to yearn

when one is young.

So much out there

to see, to do, to want.

In later years to

dream, remember, wonder,

and know.

Justice is not postponed.

A perfect equity adjusts

it’s balance in all parts of life.
