My Waikiki in a Song

Aloha!
Come for a walk through Waikiki
to the sounds of a great old song.

But first, here's a cool map of hurricane Felicia's wind speeds when it reaches us:
Aloha my friends!

  1. Oh that was so lovely Cloudia - that song is just beautiful as is the video!

Sorry I've not been around, we just got back from another weekend jaunt. x

  2. The moving colored graph whooshing out at the islands is kinda scary in itself.
    Good luck.

  3. Dear Cloudia,

Boy have I missed a lot of updates; it is nice to peruse. Pommes sends his best to Miss Kitty and, though I quite like typhoons, we understand your plight and wish you bouyancy and minimal whistling amidst the spars and the rigging.

    Tschuess,
    Chris

  4. The map was really interesting, Cloudia. I sure hope Hawaii fares better than Taiwan has this hurricane/typhoon season.

Loved the song video and the very cute baby.

  5. Watching beautiful people set to beautiful music makes for a good video. (That baby is adorable) Thank you for sharing that little gem.

Looks like you guys are going to get wet. I hope the effects of the storm will be light and short lived. Please keep us updated on your situation as much as possible.

    Stay safe. Aloha my friend.

  10. I must have missed the posts about your living on the boat. We had a friend that lived in Newport harbor on his boat, which used to belong to Humphrey Bogart. It's very romantic. Stay safe.

  11. Hi Cloudia, Just discovered your fabulous blog, through my friend Elizabeth. After living in Louisiana (hurricane country) for most of my life, I know that they are nothing to mess around with. Stay safe and prepare for the worst and hope for the best. Very nice song and video!
