Hope you enjoyed your weekend!
Last evening at dusk
I was in my kayak
contemplating
the enormity
of the moment
when
suddenly
a school of silver fish
took to the air
and flew before me in an arc!
Wish you could have been there,
but I thought of
you.

What a free and flying spirit sparkles from your presence in the kayak.....the arc of fish are dancing to welcome you to their world...you must have a spirit like the girl in "Whale Rider." HUGE rainbow!

I love the Jon Stewart quote, the shadows of Cloudia in a steaming bowl of Pho, and the mental image of an arc of flying fish. Thanks for brightening my day.
ReplyDeleteI saw some flying fish for the first time a few weeks ago. I was amazed at the distance they were able to travel. Amazing creatures.
ReplyDeleteBeauty and wonder run after you, Cloudia. Arcs of colors in the sky, arc of silver over the water.

Aloha, Friend and please send me some of your sunshine,
Yeah, silverfish are particularly revolting little buggers who live in basements and drains and the like. *shiver*
