"Most of the time,
age feels like a mask -
something that I wear,
not something that I am-
and when I gaze fondly
on the faces of my old friends
I can see them
as they were when we were
young."

"You ask me why I dwell in the green mountain;
I smile and make no reply for my heart is free of care.
As the peach-blossom flows down stream and is gone into the unknown,
I have a world apart that is not among men."

Li Bai

  6. ALWAYS a beautiful ramble through your neck of the woods. I took a walk on the wild side yesterday. So pretty! Not as warm as you. But we invented coats for a reason!

  7. How is your spring different from all the other season? I am guessing it is warm almost all year long.

  14. Yes, as Ron says, it has been late-winter chilly here (60s Fahrenheit last night)

Spring is sweet here, as different things bloom...the whales prepare to depart for Alaska...

    Thanks for being a pal!

  15. Fantastic shots. I am envious of your spring shots. No spring in this part of the world.....just winter and spring...in extreme weather conditions.

Great photography and wise words...an interesting and powerful combination.

Have a nice day my friend.Salaam!

Sometimes when I look at my husband, I see the 19 year-old boy I fell in love with.

Thanks always for your visits. Good to see you, my friend.

    Aloha. xo
