Lazy Sunday

A L O H A!

"The consolation of the imaginary
is not imaginary consolation."

Roger Scruton

"If you can't explain it simply
you don't understand it well enough."

Einstein

Hope you are having a restful day

"Life is one long process
of getting tired."

Samuel Butler

><>

Live your abundance
and cross your bridges as you build them.

Don't overspend to meet hidden needs
but live joyously in the present
enjoying the mana you may.

Know that tomorrow
there likely will be more-

But waste not,
especially your days.

Don't live on noodles
or caviar
but make your life
of both.

ALOHA, cloudia

  3. Noodles and caviar? Peanut butter and jelly would be good but I don't know which I like more...that i would be able to compare it to the noodles.

  6. Especially don't live on instant ramen noodles unless you throw away 60% of the flavor pack! Love the post. The Einstein quote is great, too.

  10. Thanks! I might have known that Teresa would instantly think of ramen noodles by the case that students live off of here in Hawaii. Walking Man speaks of penut butter & jelly: the mainland version!

  15. I've swam in that pond the opposite end of Diamond Head on Waikiki beach tucked back against the hotel.

Your trademark sunsets never disappoint and greater the feat is they never repeat. A new one each post.

Cloudia I am really liking your book Aloha Where You Like Go? I didn't know you were a poet. Within the first 10 pages there was no doubt in my mind, you didn't just speak Hawaiian, you spoke THE language.

Your book is on my top 5 best Fiction list. I consider it an honor communicating here and getting to know you through what you share.
