Aw, lovers in the sunset.
That's not a cliche` at all.

a happy marriage has the tranquility of a lovely sunset.”

Thank YOU
for
Visiting today :)
Thanks for the relaxing ramble before a hard day of Korean pop culture, Buddhist basics, and work, work, work!
ReplyDeleteA fun series of shots.. particularly the self-portrait. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks .. yours is more interesting architecture ... and I see you!
ReplyDeleteshiny! Good for folks easily distracted. I'm sometimes one of them.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely mirror on the bus door, with the lovely reflection! DrumMajor
ReplyDeleteAs I go on to your blog page, I am always impressed by that big picture of the ocean. I love it.
ReplyDeleteI love the pictures in this post too, especially the one of you. How great that you are so playful and still view the world with the eyes of a child. Even greater is the fact that you share your views!
love the pic of the sunset!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos, as usual.
ReplyDeleteAloha, friend.
The lovers in the sunset made me feel all romantic. Now where's MWM when I need him? ;)

ReplyDeleteDo you know that those shiny racks corrode in Hawaii? We bought the more expensive set at City Mill because we wanted it to be a certain size. Doggone it! The chrome is flaking off! So annoying!
ReplyDeleteSigh......ah well... the price to pay for living in Paradise.
Yes, even "stainless" steel corrodes in Hawaii...
ReplyDeletewe swap the illusion of permanence

I was reading your post yesterday about water in the engine compartment and for some reason today what I have running through my head today is .... "The Owl and the Pussy-Cat went to sea in a beautiful pea-green boat: they took some honey, and plenty of money wrapped up in a five-pound note...."
ReplyDeleteI love it as much as I love being here. I feel I have a home in Hawaii--all day every day. God bless, Cloudia.
ReplyDeleteGreat shots - and that last quote is so very wise!
ReplyDeleteI must have left where I was and went somewhere else because I found myself not there but here.
ReplyDeleteLovers ought to prefer the sunrise, no?
