Couples can find much to disagree about.
Fortunately, my husband & I
agree on all important matters
- though we seem to disagree
on almost everything unimportant!
"Do it this way."
"No, Like this."
Amazing how large a little thing can loom.
Be careful not to let
bumps
morph into
mountains-

Glad to hear all is well. Will catch up today.
ReplyDeleteThat sky on fire is unbelievably beautiful! Stunning and amazing!
ReplyDeleteGroetjes, Wil
I thought I might see some volcanic action. That fire in our hearts can be hard to put out if we think well enough.
ReplyDeleteI'll take a windmill rather than a wall any day!
ReplyDeleteGreat post!! Love the picture of the clouds.
ReplyDeleteLife would be boring if you two agreed on everything!
ReplyDeleteYou always have at least one quote a day that speaks to me.
ReplyDeleteIt's good to have disagreements - it means you are still speaking.
I love the Chinese proverb :)
ReplyDeleteThe main thing Lana and I disagree about is our tastes in tv entertainment.
ReplyDeleteLOVE the Chinese proverb. Why are they always so wise ??
ReplyDeleteI love coming over here, because I always find lovely pictures and wise sayings.
ReplyDeleteI love the photos, and the quotes are just what I needed to read.
ReplyDeleteRegarding the marital disagreements, I know what you mean. My husband and I disagree about cooking temperatures, TV shows and movies, how to clean the house, if it's cloudy or partly sunny... on and on. But, we know deeply these minor spats are nothing compared to the immensity of our love.
If you find yourselves bickering a lot, step back and breathe and ask WHY?! Life is too short for bickering.
ReplyDeleteI can't choose a favorite today! Though, the last one is close to home, for sure!
ReplyDeleteOur winds are ferocious today.
There's nothing wrong with disagreeing and long as you don't fall out! :)
ReplyDeletelove windmills...always enjoy your quotes...cheers!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat post and fantastic photos again,Cloudia!I love to visiting your blog!
ReplyDeleteThe best part about marital disagreements is the making up :-).
ReplyDeleteHave been watching your island on TV and enjoyed seeing some of the sunsets. Love the wise advice. Off for a family weekend now, will remember to listen and learn from the young ones.
ReplyDeleteI guess marriage is kept interesting by somehow finding those things that we disagree on. The main thing is to always keep a sense of humor.
ReplyDeleteI know what that's like.. to disagree on so many issues. Frustrating at the least. ;)
ReplyDeleteYou wouldn't believe how important this entry is to me. Countless nights spend awake due to 'mountains'. A calm and wide sea for you all and a good Friday as well.

HFTEC,
J
We bicker a bit ourselves. :-)
ReplyDeleteA bit of disagreement sometimes is funny, isn't it?...
ReplyDeleteNice post, Cloudia!

ReplyDeleteMy husband and I agree on all important subjetcs too.

Jeanne
I pray for your safety right now. Hoping you are somewhere high and dry as the tsunami approaches.
ReplyDeleteAloha Cloudia sometimes couple have to agree to disagree ;)
ReplyDeleteThoughts are with you x
yet it is the little thing repeated over and over which I find most destructive.
ReplyDeleteperhaps it's best to accept that difference of opinion season the mixture and make it even more palatable.
Dear Cloudia, I hope that you are safe! Take care!
ReplyDeleteI never agree or disagree with my wife...I am enlightened.
ReplyDeleteDear friend Cloudia, my thoughts are with you and I hope you are safe and somwhere no tsunami can reach you. Please keep us updated. Sending much love. xxx

ReplyDeleteAnxious to hear that you and yours are OK!!!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend, Cloudia! muuah!
ReplyDeleteSo true Cloudia!! We had a (minor) spat tonight too....but "all is well that ends well" -Me :-)
ReplyDeleteThe big things are important to agree on...the little things add that nice spice of different viewpoints (at least that's what I believe after 30 years of marriage).
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping all is well there for you n your boat, with the tsunami warning Friday in Honolulu- If you evacuated I hope you get to go home again soon!
ReplyDelete(N don't have too many spats- as you are so lucky to have each other!)
Best of luck, been praying for you!
Aloha!
