Thanks for visiting!Warmly, cloudia
I like Mencken's way of making sure we get the point haha! Love the drama of the first image Cloudia.
ReplyDeleteHappy Tuesday!
ReplyDeleteThe big snail seems so far from home, walkin' on the sidewalk. DrumMajor
ReplyDeleteWhat cool pictures!! I did not guess that they were little windows in a wall.
ReplyDeletethe block windows are really cool and different. but that is one HUGE snail!
ReplyDeleteI guess children, who start off with curiousity, must believe in themselves innately. ONly later is that beaten out of us.
ReplyDeleteGood morning Cloudia, e.e. cummings is one of my favorites of all time. As for dull, he never is, but sometimes I've found dull can be the brightest/most interesting thing in a room. Haven't you? Enjoy this shorter work week, although it's really feeling like Monday to me! Peace be with you- Karen
ReplyDeleteI loved those pictures. Thought they were paintings. This is just testimony to your creative mind, and how you see beauty in everything.
ReplyDeleteAloha Cloudia.
ReplyDeleteLove that Einstein quote ! There is so much in this creation to stand in wonder of, when we live consciously, and perhaps sometimes slow down to a snail's pace.
indeed curiously compelling :)

Always food for thought. Loved the abstract pictures Cloudia and to find they were block windows that was really neat. All beautiful images and the snail's size was amazing. He's a very handsome snail as snail's go.
ReplyDeleteWonder, our daily vitamins.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.
The wonder of it all!

Aloha Cloudia! It has been a long absence, but things have been a bit hard: father 95, mother almost 91 doing radiotherapy, wife broke right elbow and I’m consuming some much needed holidays to take care...
ReplyDeleteGreat quotes, as usual!
As far as Blogtrotter Two is concerned, it seems nobody is interested in St. Kitts, so maybe I should try something else. Anyhow, enjoy and have a great week or better a vacation, if still available!!!
I love that little snail Cloudia and the pen gives me a good idea of his size.
ReplyDeleteThat's special art, I was surprised to see it was integrated into a wall.
ReplyDeleteGreetings,
Filip
Thank you for seeing such. The entry, outstanding piece of art.
ReplyDeletePlease have you all a good Wednesday.

Mencken is my favourite in this Wundrkammer.
ReplyDeleteBrilliant photos, great quotes. And if wisdom and wonder are close cousins I am wiser than I knew (or believe).
ReplyDeleteWhen I am holding a camera, I switch on my curiosity side.
