Mapuana de Silva
is just the loveliest person.

I have lived Hawaii
for almost 30 years
and have never seen her,
in a photo,
at a performance,
a weird camera angle
at a live TV event,
I have NEVER
seen Mapuana
that she is not 
smiling her sincere,
amazing SMILE.

Do an image search
on her name;
Get ready to
smile.

She is a top level
Kumu Hula
(Teacher, source,
spiritual leader-
choreographer,
cultural/language
expert, 
and more!)

But it is her Aloha 
that inspires on
every level,
in all she does,
far beyond her
hula family.
