We are enveloped

Charles Baudelaire
" Whenever
two people meet,
there are really
six people present.
There is each one

Want to know
when your tea is ready,
so you don't forget,
and leave the bag in
for 30 minutes
like I do?
Just go to
Google
Type in:
"Timer 3 minutes."
(or your desired time)
That's it!
Google will beep
when the time is reached!

Greetings from Assam, India
ReplyDeleteHave a nice weekend.
Thanks for telling about the Google timer!
ReplyDeleteVery thoughtful Heraclitus, Baudelaire, and James quotes!
As, as always, marvelous pictures!
Considering I've left a tea bag to steep for hours, the timer could be a good idea. Just how long is the correct amount of steeping? (Maui mango is best.)
ReplyDeleteDrumMajor

ReplyDeletelove the 6 people present quote.
smiles...children def know how to make the most of time....
ReplyDeletehappy saturday!

Happy Saturday, Brian, Each of You lovely folks♥
ReplyDeleteYou must get tired of the compliments but I can't stop giving them. Today the pictures and quotes are superb. My favorite is the first photo - so artisitic.
ReplyDeleteI love the William James quote.
Have a great weekend Claudia.
(I'll pass on your google tip to my husband the tea drinker.)
Aloha Cloudia, you know I'm going to check this out right now! See you in three! :)
ReplyDelete...and so the timer begins...2:56, 2:55....2:54 and ...1 m 14 s...until, wait for it... BEEP! Very cool, and it beeps until you shut it off! Thanks for always finding such useful stuff!
ReplyDeleteFantastic!!! You are a lifesaver. Just tried your timer trick and it is brilliant. Thank you!!!!
ReplyDeleteSometimes when we age, we tend to forget the rules to the game.
ReplyDeleteI love the quote about two people meeting.
ReplyDeleteThat timer for tea idea is a very good one!
ReplyDeleteI really like that James quote.
Three minutes? My tea would be waaaay past my comfort zone.
ReplyDeleteI am fascinated by the six (at least) who are present at every meeting. And would add another two - the people we would like to be/be seen to be.
But I am told that I like "over-steeped" tea... 3 minutes is not always enough to give my requisite jolt of caffeine.
ReplyDeleteHow do you find this stuff out? That's handy!
ReplyDeleteOh.. I'm so glad to learn about the timer. I SO need this sometimes. My microwave doesn't have a timer setting. Thank you. :)
ReplyDeleteGood grief! Google has a timer too? Amazing!
