to worry because
one worries. "

" Where love rules,
there is no will to power;
where power predominates,
there love is lacking.
The one

which, as we journey
toward it,
casts the shadow

I love looking at the bright pink blossom.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photographs with exciting colors; and thanks for the Carl Jung quote which is so wise.
ReplyDeleteYou are a wise visionary, Cloudia!
"Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes." - Carl Jung bringing old friends like Jung or Frost on nature walks is the awakening way.
ReplyDeletelovely images and words, cloudia.
ReplyDeleteregarding that first quote, my though it, yeah, make the worrying worse for someone by calling it a sin. sigh.
ReplyDeletewonderful words for a dull London day....and a teeny weeny hangover!!
ReplyDeleteThe Hasidic quote is such a paradox.
ReplyDeleteTo worry is a sin? We know that worrying is of no use, but it is so human, and sometimes we can’t help it. But worrying under a beautiful Hawaiian sky would make it a lot easier, me think.
ReplyDeleteLovely to see Each of You.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comments.
If I knew where my worry button (and its cousin guilt) lived I would disconnect them. Permanently.
ReplyDeleteLove the shadow and its palm.
Jung's quote is particularly meaningful.
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday
ReplyDeleteThat flower is stunning!
ReplyDeleteThat first photo is gorgeous, Cloudia! Great post, as always. I saw a couple of television programs on Hawaii today and thought of you. I have seen so many photos, videos and programs on Hawaii I just wish I could live there. Take care! :)
