Then without finger touching.

Then jump
 to maintain bone mass, 
leg strength,
respiratory capacity 
 and coordination 
to avoid falls.

which WILL expand
and you will feel great.

  11. Two of your anti-aging tips are beyond me. Balancing and hopping. But my wobbly, graceless self persists (sort of).
    And aging is soooo much less frightening than the alternative. And I would hate to be a teenager again.

  20. All good recommendations. I do have to do something for my bones. Zumba helps, but it does scare me that my bones are not as strong as they used to be. I'll try the hopping.
