Successful Immigrant

A  L  O  H  A   from  Honolulu!
Native to Indonesia, Java Finch was
 introduced to Hawaii in 1867.
She has established breeding
populations on Oahu, as well 
as other Hawaiian Isles.

  3. I remember this grey bird from the time I lived on Java. We called them "rice- pickers ".I don't know the Dutch name.
