A L O H A From Honolulu!

I couldn't help noticing and
appreciating Spring's flowers.
Seasons DO change in Hawaii, in our
own unique way. Someone else noticed too,
These ladies are collecting plumeria blossoms
[also called frangipani]and stringing lei.
Incidentally, LEI is singular AND plural.
I am bringing many lei, and
yes I have a lei for you!
This photo might
have been made yesterday,
or a hundred years ago.
The innocent child
inside you,
are always the best
part of your life.

People are like
stained-glass windows.
They sparkle and shine
when the sun is out, but
when the darkness sets in,
their true beauty is revealed
only if . . .
. . . there is a light
from within.
Elisabeth Kübler-Ross

Thanks for the lei!! Pixie looks like she's pretending to be an octopus.
ReplyDeleteI am glad to learn that lei is singular and plural. Pixie is at her cutest in that photo and I have a huge weakness for octopuses. Thank you.
