Jewish storekeepers were virtually
the only Southern merchants who
addressed black customers as
'Mr.' and 'Mrs.' and permitted

ReplyDeleteLove your rainbow capture! The moon shot is just beautiful.
ReplyDeleteLovely images! Take care, enjoy your weekend!
Lovely rainbow.
ReplyDeleteCool photos! That digging machine would work good in the litter box, right Pixie?!?! Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
ReplyDeleteYour skies are amazing. My daughter comes home from Punta Cana tomorrow. Her photos have been wonderful.
ReplyDeleteSo warm where you are and so very cold here. I'm all bundled up this morning.
ReplyDeleteAw on Pixie. She's such a beautiful kitty.
Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. Scritches to Pixie. ♥
Another fabulous rainbow. Thanks Cloudia.
ReplyDeletePixie and Cloudia, love you too! thank you so much for the Friday inspiration.
ReplyDeletei really appreciate you/your posts.
big hugs!
Great shots today. I love the rainbow and the moon shots. I agree with Ellen Goodman. Pixie is saying that she is polite to everyone, even to the furless giants of the world (as long as they give her treats and catnip...). She is not prejudiced about their lack of suitably lush and glorious pelts.
ReplyDeleteExcellent photos once again. I think the moonrise and Pixie have similar colors. :-)
ReplyDeleteCheers, Pixie and Cloudia!
ReplyDeleteWow, a rainbow and the moon in the same photo. That's a first!!
ReplyDeleteThat sunset is so gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteOutstanding as always, photos and words. Thank you :)
ReplyDeleteA very lovely post. However, that moon shot is amazing. Pixie looks quite content too. Thank you for joining FFO. Have a nice evening.
ReplyDeleteIf I ever need an electric wheelchair, I'm just going to get a little excavator. I'll be able to go anywhere.
ReplyDeleteAmazing pics, Loved the post.
ReplyDeleteCouples dressing alike makes me smile.
ReplyDeleteEasy to find each other if you dress alike. LOL! We try to Pay it Forward daily. Agreed. Do one kind thing a day for someone else. Hold a door. Help someone put groceries in their trunk. Pick up litter. When someone asks what they can do for you in return I say, "Pay it Forward to someone else who needs it." This is how the world will change. One small kindness to another.
ReplyDeleteI need to look up work by Paul Coelho again. I am officially in love with Pixie. Your following pics of leaf and palm are really engaging my creative side... happy thanksgiving to a lovely woman. Oh and the quote about admiring people who struggle to do good things... yes, more of that needed
ReplyDeleteLove, LeeAnna
Aloha Cloudia and Pixie looks like a wonderful wander about town, and the cute couple in matching shirts, I love it. Ellen's quote is spectacular too, so spot on. Keep the sun shining for us all, because it's cold over here. Take care.
