It is quite possible to
leave your home for a walk
in the early morning air, and
return a different person -
beguiled, enchanted.
Mary Ellen Chase
Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa) is a species of flowering plant in the genus Hibiscus that is native to Africa, most likely West Africa and also found in India especially Maharashtra with local name ambali. In the 16th and early 17th centuries it was spread to the West Indies and Asia, respectively, where it has since become naturalized in many places.[1] The stems are used for the production of bast fibre and the dried cranberry-tasting calyces are commonly steeped to make a popular infusion known as carcade.

ReplyDelete"Just being" sounds boring to me ... I think I prefer unconventional, but at very least conventional. And as for Fred Astaire's quote ... if he thought kids had bad manners in his day, I can't imagine what he would think of the kids today. I am not sure manners are even taught anymore :( Love the rainbow in the sprinkler and Pixie is looking good as always ... Hope life is treating you well, Claudia ...
