Congratulations to the runners & volunteers
of the Hapalua Half Marathon
who ran past my home yesterday!
Honolulu Police did a fine job.
Thanks for taking us to the races today! I like the feral feline runner. Pixie definitely is showing her great vision and wisdom along with her childlike spirit. She was too wise to run in the heat...
ReplyDeleteHa, yes!
ReplyDeleteWe had a marathon here yesterday. In the rain - which didn't deter the courageous athletes.
ReplyDeleteI aspire people who wake up early and run!
ReplyDeleteAs always great if only I could remember the quotes better but that is a passed station. Still love to see your posts.
ReplyDeleteThose runners are so brave! I can't run that far!
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteAt first I thought Pixie was loose outside. Cute kitty.
Kudos to all the runners! Have a great day and happy new week!
I really like the quote from the anonymous runner.
ReplyDeleteI thought the same as Eileen!
ReplyDeleteI'm watching the Boston Marathon as I read this. Nice post, Cloudia.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much each of you!
ReplyDeleteI would have loved to watch the marathon with you. How fun.
ReplyDeleteWise words and beautiful photography.
Thank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop. Beautiful Pixie.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week. Scritches to Pixie. ♥
OW!
ReplyDeleteThat last photo looks painful! LOL!
Thanks so much for joining this week's photo linky at http://image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2023/04/continued-from-last-week.html
My daughter likes to run all types of races. Whew! It takes a lot of training!
ReplyDeleteThanks Dear Friends
ReplyDeleteIf you ever see me running, you had better run too because something big is chasing me.
ReplyDeleteYour kitty is so sweet
ReplyDeleteGreat thanks
ReplyDeleteThey are going to have a run on my trail this month, but I don't run or ride. I just walk. LOL
ReplyDeleteLovely photos and great quotes. Thanks Cloudia and Pixie. Happy T day.
I used to love running, it was such an elating feeling. Sometimes I'm sad that I can't do it anymore, but I can still walk about, so that's good. Happy T Day to you and your Kitty, Valerie
ReplyDeleteI feel like a slug. I have missed several posts of yours this week, but real life seemed to get in the way. How nice about the marathon. I suspect this half marathon is even more demanding than the Boston marathon everyone seemed to be talking about yesterday. thanks for sharing the link. I was able to see the route and the various stations and what they offered.
ReplyDeleteWhat a STUNNING T photo. That looks rather painful to me, but I suspect that was great warm up. Thanks for sharing the great half marathon, the anonymous runner's quote, the cat in the grass, and Pixie, at home and relaxing, along with the lady and her drink with us for T this Tuesday, dear Cloudia.
Seeing people doing yoga outside always encourages me. Happy T Tuesday
ReplyDeleteBeautifull photos.
ReplyDeleteFun to see the race. We had a marathon in Boston on Monday, too. As always, Pixie is stunning. Happy T Day
ReplyDeleteSome just love to race
