A L O H A From Honolulu!
Healing requires from us
to stop struggling, but
to enjoy life more
and endure it less.
Darina Stoyanova
It's when we start
working together that
the real healing
takes place.

And once the storm is over,
you won’t remember how
you made it through,
how you managed
to survive. But
one thing is certain.
When you come out
of the storm, you
won’t be the same
person who walked in.
That’s what this storm’s all about.
Haruki Murakami
Truth is the
basis of all healing

Fallen African Tulip |
Dancing free this crimson gem.
Fallen tulip pirouettes the wind.
A tapestry of hope in flight,
On wings of scarlet, bathed in light.
Even fallen, we can rise,
In sun-kissed laughter to the skies.
Just so to paint our day with fire,
This vibrant ember's bright desire.
And like the tulip, free and bold,
We'll paint our days in stories told.
That's such a beautiful poem, Cloudia. I'll think of it whenever I see an African tulip.
ReplyDeleteAnd that Murakami quote is so true isn't it? It's made me think.
Double Pixie? And each more beautiful than the other.
