Do not get lost in a sea of despair.
Be hopeful, be optimistic.
Our struggle is not the struggle of
a day, a week, a month, or a year,
it is the struggle of a lifetime.
Never, ever be afraid to make
some noise and get in good trouble,
necessary trouble.

Beer Chandelier
The crystal kind? Forget that bore!
This chandelier's a sudsy roar.
No fragile bulbs, nor fancy frills,
Great amber hues and clinking trills.
The light it casts a rose gold gleam,
Reflects on faces, sets them a-beam.
Conversations effervescent as foam,
Witty beer patter finds a happy home.
So raise your drinks, let spirits soar,
Beneath this chandelier evermore!
A testament to hops and cheer,
The smartest, booziest Bar light.
Have a beer!
A house without a cat is not a home in my eyes.
ReplyDeleteSomething else we agree on! Have a beautiful week my friend. Aloha
ReplyDeleteA very strange cloud formation in the first photo.
ReplyDeleteLets keep it on the quote of Lewis Carroll.
ReplyDelete...I live nicely without a pet.
ReplyDeleteI am not sure that our cat does that for us, but she is ours and we are hers.
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteI always love your sky images, I am sure I have said that before, lol.
Your Pixie is a sweet cat, my pets have always been dogs.
Take care, have a wonderful week!
Amazing photography, Beautiful words.
ReplyDeleteHellooo to Pixie.
Have a nice week ahead.
Carroll's quote is good, though no longer having a cat, I have not given up on those virtues!
ReplyDeleteCheers to the beer bottles chandelier! Aloha 🙏
ReplyDeleteSuch clouds, Cloudia. ;-)
ReplyDeleteI completely agree with the cat quote. After our beloved crossed the Rainbow Bridge we said we wouldn't get another one. Three months later we caved.
ReplyDeleteWe sure do miss our kitties, but simply can't go through the heartbreak of losing more. We do have some grand-kittens we are looking forward to meeting, though.
ReplyDeleteBlessings, Cloudia!
Cool pictures. I like the one of all those beach lounge chairs. Does Pixie like to lie under the beer chandelier waiting to lick up the drips?
ReplyDeleteI'll have a light beer to celebrate creativity.
ReplyDeleteI love them all, but the quote about the cat is spot on. Pixie is a delight and beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week, Cloudia. Scritches to Pixie. ♥

ReplyDeleteAlways a great narrative, and the most beautiful photos. Thank you Cloudia. John Lewis was an amazing individual. His quote was a powerful one.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful post.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing with us at http://image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2024/07/a-visit-to-philadelphias-reading.html
Pixie looks at ease.
ReplyDeleteBth of my cats bring me all these qualities. They show how much they love me in small ways, like when they sit next to me when I don't feel well and sit on my lap when I do.
ReplyDeleteThat is one unique light. It's certainly perfect for T Tuesday, dear Cloudia.
It's too bad more people don't try to figure out what they are ignorant of. Those are also great cloud in the first photo. Happy T day to you and Pixie.
ReplyDeleteAnother highly creative chandelier — what ISN”T used to create light fixtures?
ReplyDeletebest, mae at maefood.blogspot.com
Happy T Tuesday wishes! Hugs, Jo x
ReplyDeleteNice quotes again, and WOW on the Beer Chandelier!
ReplyDeleteThe Lewis Carroll quote is purrfect just like Pixie. Happy T Day
ReplyDeleteWe need to remember this...."Real knowledge is to know
ReplyDeletethe extent of one's ignorance.
Confucius"
Great quotes as always. And Pixie is cute as ever.
ReplyDeleteLove the chandelier!!
Sorry I'm late. I have visitors and hardly a moment to myself.
Have a great weekend,
