I love the sky shots and Pixie and the pretty girls walking. Great quotes today, too.
ReplyDeleteYou saved the best two quotes for last. Mistakes sure do make a full life as long as one learns from them, and understanding and forgiving are not always easy things to do or have but they do build character.
ReplyDeletePixie looks relaxed.
ReplyDeleteWe all make mistakes, so I'm thankful that God forgives us for them. Blessings, Cloudia!
ReplyDelete...we all have to pay our dues.
ReplyDeleteThose were all wonderful words and photos. You're adorable sweet Pixie. Thanks for joining Angel Brian's Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
ReplyDeleteDale Carnegie was such a wise man!
ReplyDeleteLove the 2 ladies. I wish we had the weather for them here, Cloudia. Thinking of you. ;-)
ReplyDeleteHi Cloudia and Pixie. Beautiful words today and a gorgeous pink hibiscus.
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteEveryone can make mistakes and forgiveness can be wonderful.
Love the photos and your cute Pixie.
Take care, enjoy your day!
You are always inspirational, Cloudia!
ReplyDeleteYou started me thinking about clouds, and then your moon shot has a wonderful one, in which I see a laughing dog with a golden bird on his head! I hope you are doing well dealing with stressors, and wish to send many soothing thoughts. Music, especially that which you might be able to sing, might touch your loved one, no matter the state of mental clarity. The music center in our brains remains active long after many others get confused...I remember singing to someone dying with dementia once...and letting him go with a feeling of love. Ours was "Oh What a Beautiful Morning."
ReplyDeleteA beautiful hibiscus. Hugs to you and Pixie!
ReplyDeleteWonderful quotes today...and I always enjoy sunrise/sunset and sky photos.
ReplyDeleteLovely sky and warmth. Give Pixie a pat for me.
ReplyDeleteMarvelous photos as always! "The moon does not care if a dog barks at it" -- perfect!
ReplyDeleteLovely post
ReplyDeleteIt's so cold here I want to live my winters where you live. Have a wonderful Friday and a lovely weekend! :)
ReplyDeleteLovely post. I really like the photo of the two girls. Thank you for sharing with FFO and have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing such wisdom through those quotes. Your pictures bring me fond memories of my wife's and my visit to Hawaii. Blessings!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photo of the moon and clouds!
ReplyDeleteLovely sky
ReplyDeleteI love your sunburst and the Washington Irving quote. Fun fact, Washington Irving made a tour of Oklahoma long before it was a state. On foot. There are plaques all over the place marking where it is thought he camped.
