ALOHA, PAL :)
One thing about Hawaiian music is that, due to the language, it can be difficult to discover the name of a song.
I have loved this song for a long time, but have only just discovered it's name. The only version I could find to share is this one from YouTube:
Hope you enjoy it too.

"Insofar as the destructive effects of anger
and hateful thoughts are concerned,
one cannot get protection from wealth nor education.
The only factor that can give protection
from the destructive effects of anger and hatred
is the practice of tolerance and patience."

How I love that quote by the Dalai Lama, and the video was lovely.
ReplyDeleteThanks also for stopping by and wishing me a happy birthday the other day. Aloha my friend.
An English Girl Rambles
The Dalai Lama is not a roller girl, and therefore is of no interest to me.
ReplyDeleteAm I starting to repeat myself?
Sometimes the practice of patience and tolerance leads to indolence in the face of assault. I am tolerant and patient but I have learned the necessary limit of it.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful sounding song. Glad you finally filled a life's quest by finding the name of it.
Free Tibet NOW!!!
