Wandering around,
with my camera

to write on
connects me to others,

ReplyDeleteMusic, dancing, and festivals help me to maintain my sanity!
Beautiful rainbow!
ReplyDeleteChurch and music do it for me!
<><
Books, music, fresh air time off from work keep me grounded.
ReplyDeleteYou want fresh air? Go to Cloudia's blog!
ReplyDeletesunshine and fresh air do it for me everytime....I think I am solar powered!!!
ReplyDeleteSo true. I love that bit about humor. Great photos, friend.
ReplyDeleteBabysitting my 14 month old grandson does it for me.
ReplyDeleteBalance and pose? What are they?
ReplyDeleteI am a mess, all over the place, in fact.
Leon Russell is making a come back of sorts. Fabulous photo of the dragon cloud that gets my vote. Balance and poise for me is listening to lots and lots of music and reading well written books :-).
ReplyDeleteIt is a (black) sense of humour that gets me through. And it is amazing how funny some disasters can be. And gardening, and cats. Thanks, as always great photos, great quotes.
ReplyDeleteAs much as possible, the sound of rain, listening for it to drum me a name.
ReplyDeleteThe ability to remain standing, at rest, to write me fleeting thoughts. Great pictures of the "wire and its challenging walk", life itself. Thank you.
Please have a good weekend ahead.

I can so relate to these quotes! Your blog is always so thoughful and inspiring. I hope you have a fabulous weekend!
ReplyDeleteOh and that dragon is supercool in your first shot!
I think just looking for good things around me does that - sometimes I jot them down, but mostly I keep them in my head. As it should be. :)
ReplyDeleteA great question, demanding a long reverie before responding. Have a lovely weekend.
ReplyDeleteVery nice! For me, music painting poetry are always welcome in my day!
ReplyDeleteEvery morning I am blogging. That makes my day for the rest of the day.
ReplyDeleteBeautil ful dragon sky.
ALOHA, Cloudia and have a nice week-end !
That last quote is hilarious!
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos... Being outside, in the woods, or with my kids restores my sanity...
A fun post with this agile tightrope walker, and beautiful skies over Hawaii, especially like the rainbow. For me, being out in nature and especially in the company of wildlife makes me feel totally at peace with the world.
ReplyDeleteLOVE that Wharton quote... yup, that's me too.
ReplyDeleteI did see the tight rope!...I think it's worth a try myself! Great quote....and again just love those photos....! Happiness to you!
ReplyDeleteThank YOU for these amazing comments!
ReplyDeleteI always grab my camera and shoot something that would best ease my tiredness. Being a nurse with 12-hour shift duty is very tiring, somehow music tend to soothe me but it is reaLLy my camera that keeps me sane :))
ReplyDeleteIt really helps me to connect with friends each week, both at home and in cyberspace. It makes life interesting.
