that if my emotional balance
depends on the moods
or opinions
of others
I'll never achieve
it for long.

True balance emerges
within myself
and does not rely

    I so do agree with you, I used to spend so much time trying to keep everyone happy and while I still like to do that as far as I can, I've realised If I'm not happy doing something it's better not to..Oh la! that was a bit garbled haha! You certainly know how to get people thinking Cloudia

    I'm with Voltaire. As evening comes and the curtains are closed, it is easier to think of being wrapped in the comfort of home. Making a nest and living life well is something we can all try.
