We are all
equal
equal
in every way
that is
that is
Truly Important.
We are
Unequal,
Different,
in every other
way.
How do we respect
the soul we share -
- without continuing
the Voyage
To a more perfect
world?
What do Y O U say?

I think that separate but equal was outlawed in the US in 1954, if I remember correctly it was a unanimous decision.
ReplyDeleteSo where be this new world we're pointed towards?
oh my gosh thats beautiful, I agree with Brian unique but equal, that's my wish,
ReplyDeleteI so agree. x
ReplyDeleteI say it's everyone's differences that make life more exciting and interesting oui!
ReplyDeleteYes, different, although with commonalities.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures especially with the rainbow.
ReplyDeleteI try to live as well as possible, and to help everyone what is possible for me.
I hope I make the world better.
Greetings Irma

ReplyDeleteLovely pictures for a beautiful message.
ReplyDeleteNice to recognize our equality, while continuing our individual voyages. I try to do that. Hope a better world evolves.
ReplyDeleteThat's probably a long distance shot, the container ship.

All should be equal before the law. Great photos. Yours.
ReplyDeleteI just posted a rainbow photo I took from out my window this morning too. We're sure getting a lot of showers lately.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, definitely equal. Each one of us is unique and original, but always equal.
thanks so much for the inspiration, sweet friend!

A quote I sometimes repeat, one that I read on a wall on a news feature during the race riots in LA several years ago. I probably don't have it down exact but it said something like this, "We're all little flowers living in the same garden, all different and yet the same." Great post Cloudia.
ReplyDeleteThe voyage is long whether a day or a million days.
ReplyDeleteAloha back to you too! I say it's all about brotherly love! Peaceful trails-Karen

ReplyDeleteHey, Ms. Cloudia -- how'd jua get little flowers inside a flower? That's amazing. Saw a chinese lantern plant at the store. Looked like little hanging pumpkins. DrumMajor
ReplyDeleteI am grateful for a world that respects who we are and our right to be that. It's amazing anything gets done in this world.
