Your Peace of Mind
Depends on 1 person;

YOU.

No one
can give it
to you.

So
Claim it fiercely
Hold it calmly
Refuse to let it
Go.

It is in your
Grasp
IF
You Decision
and Dare "

What a Smashing Elephant! (Thanks, Wikipedia)
He's helping the WWI effort in Great Britain.
(Their circus jobs were on-hold)
Perhaps YOU'd like to blog about this episode in history
in order to tell a family member's exploits wrangling such
elephants. BUT there are NO family pictures of Gertrude
delivering milk in the village by drawing a cart driven by
Uncle Horace. What to do?
Did YOU know that even an
innocent, doddering, harmless, non-commercial blogger
like me could be SUED in COURT by the owner of an
image I unknowing use without permission?
Is that what's troubling YOU, Bunky?
WELL HOLD YOUR HEAD UP HIGH!
 (If you are NOT laughing,
then click on the little player above the elephant's pic)

GOOGLE has a wonderful new feature
 in Google Image Search:
Usage Rights
is now a search category,
everything from No such filter to
"You can use this commercially
and even put a mustache on it
 and NO ONE cares
 legally."

If you did get sued,
I assume Google would
be your fellow defendant.
 Nice cell to be in!

Here is another such Site
I use for image searches,

Cat + Box = GOLD!

Sun Shines Brightest After a Night in Jail

A   L   O   H   A !
" Live each
season
 as it passes;
 breathe the air,
 drink the drink,
 taste the fruit, and
 resign yourself
 to the influences
 of each. "

Henry David Thoreau

If you ever spent a night in jail
even years ago
I bet you understood today's
title immediately.

This morning, I left my apt
for the first time in, days,
many days - that's all I can
definitively say.

It was the first day I could
imagine seeing another person,
or having THEM see me!

I hid behind sunglasses, under a helmet,
wore my gloves, and rode my scooter
to the post office, my usual morning
WALK.

What a kick!

And, you know,
Waikiki REALLY is
beautiful!

Though I have a dynamite view,
and a lanai (balcony)
there is something WONDERFUL
about moving through space!

I'm back in bed, now
surrounded by mail,
coloring outside the lines and avoiding
house work. I want to go back out there
sometime!

I'm getting better.

How's Your Thing going?

Someday, when I'm a Super-Ager
(100+) I think I'll enjoy getting about
with my levitation scooter. . . .
