In the warm Hawaiian sun, koi fish glisten like jewels under water. Their bright colored scales shimmer and gleam as they swim gracefully,  mesmerizing to watch. Originally from Japan, they are loved for their beauty and tranquility.

Layered sky in shades

of gray and umber,
November clouds glide

as if in slumber.

November sky,

so vast and wide,
A canvas where

the clouds collide.

Joy and sorrow,

light and dark,
Create a moving

work of art.

Now here's the eight year memory of moving to Cali.

Grateful to be home in the islands since 2019!

this land of winter's spree!?

when the winds blow cold,

in the sunny curtains
In this cold land of winds

and chilly fogs
You are a sweet source comfort
