I think about the Polynesian sailors in their canoes, the long voyage using the stars, and their faith there was a desirable destination at the end of their travails, and can only be in awe of their bravery.

I've been seeing koleas around town. They sure are pretty birds.
Those Polynesian Voyagers were amazing people. Their contemporary successors are quite amazing people as well!
