Alfred Eisenstaedt was right.
I enjoy our wimpy winter, it is summer that gives me grief.
The first time we were in Hawaii on Maui it was November. Very nice at sea level, 70 degrees plus. We took the trip up to the top of HaleakalΔ. At 10,000 feet, there was snow on the ground. I got to throw snowballs in Hawaii.
Beautiful post and pics.
Greetings
Beautiful photos, you live in a gorgeous place.
Take care, enjoy your day!
Gorgeous skies.
I have trouble with change at first and then accept it. Love that flower in 1st pic!
What an inspiration.
That first quote, especially. In the sleepless nights I so think of my failures, not my successes!
Excellent sky.
Leaving on a jet plane... don't know when I'll be back again.
I love this. Here on the west coast of Canada, the weather is much the same - dramatic, ever-changing and, the day after a big storm, the sun comes out and it is glorious as a day in spring! I LOVE living by the ocean. Thanks for the link! So nice to see you. I dont get around the blogosphere much these days, so it is always good to see a familiar face.
The one with the plane is fabulous.
