You can only come

to the morning

through the shadows. J.R.R. Tolkien

If in our daily life

we can smile,

if we can be peaceful

and happy,

not only we, but

everyone will profit from it.

This is the most basic

kind of peace work.

   Thich Nhat Hanh

Peace cannot be

kept by force,

it can only be

achieved by

understanding.

Albert Einstein

 There are always strong opinions.

They come and go. But

the truth of what

occurred emerges.

Act today in the faith

that tomorrow will

surprise everyone.

Just do your best.
