The crown flower is gorgeous - and I love the perspective of seeing a blade of grass as resilient...

Cool post. I like the reflection not a mural and the mural not a reflection shots. I also like Pixie by the grass and the quote about the toughness of grass. There is a Tang Dynasty Chinese poem about grass with similar sentiments. It says that even though it flourishes and withers every year, wild fires cannot burn it all away because when the spring winds blow it grows back. We need to be resilient like that. Pixie is a great guru to show us grass.

I love how the reflection photo and the one of a mural actually look like they are interchangeable. So glad you pointed out the difference, Cloudia. Blessings!

How nice the quotes that can have 2 meanings according to the thought of the viewer.

Well, I thought those folks in their apartments had real trees inside, showing through the windows. Pixie sits so pretty and regal. Linda in Kansas

I was sure the mural was a reflection. Very tricky, Cloudia. ;-)

We needed to be in Northern California for almost 4 years a while ago. It was cool to see her outdoors. Thank you! Aloha!

Oh gosh... The Autumn Leaves used to be one of my mother's favorite songs. I wonder if she'd remember it. I've been so busy with her care and just everything else that I haven't had a chance to check in with everybody. Thank you for your beautiful thoughts, Cloudia. Have a great rest of the week.
