Appreciate One Another

A  L  O  H  A !
I am a free soul, singing my heart out by myself no matter where I go and I call strangers my friends because I learn things and find ways to fit them into my own world.
Charlotte Eriksson

I learned the value of hard work by working hard.
Margaret M. Fitzpatrick

Me Too!
Working people in places
we patronize are not servants;
They are you and me, our
brothers our daughters.

We all work at something.
At growing as children, studying;
And in later years
we work at growing older,
at making sense of our lives.

Perhaps one works at being a patient
with the heroic job of achieving Health.
You have my genuine respect!

Appreciate 'service' people.

It is your own wisdom and value
that will thus appreciate.

Do not try to understand love,
rather, stand in love and observe
what happens around you.

“A garden to walk in and immensity to dream in--what more could he ask? A few flowers at his feet and above him
the stars.”
                                Victor Hugo, Les Misérables

Neighborhood Waikiki

A  L  O  H  A !

All real works of art
look as though they
were done in joy.
           Robert Henri

One's pain is one's own creation.
There is a Tibetan expression that
one should treat such things as if
they were wind behind one's ear.
In other words, just brush it aside.
                    Dalai Lama

If you make an effort to be grateful right now, to notice and dwell on the good stuff, to actually say "thank you" internally as you go along, it will only feel weird for a while. Eventually it takes on a life and rhythm of it's own that can really draw you in as long as you wish to maintain it. Sort of a 'Comfort Spiral.' And one good thing is, that it prevents the tiny black weeds from growing up and choking your joy. Cloudia
