Just Light And It's Absence

A  L  O  H  A !

"Turn your face to the sun and

the shadows fall behind you.”

Maori proverb

Not with effort,

But with pleasure!

Persist on to the rewards

As you make it your habit

To be happily expectant.

Let shadows fall behind.

What shadows?

Merely light

And it’s absence.

Always Bring The Light!

Accept No Substitutes

A  L  O  H  A !

The love we seek from others

can never be a substitute for

the love we must find within.

We enjoy the gift of existence

as these remarkable beings!

Love yourself!

And don't bother thinking

 negatively about others.

Love them, even.

And life will be a breeze!

And They Will Fill Your Life

A  L  O  H  A !

“Change your conception of yourself

and you will automatically change the

world in which you live.

Do not try to change people;

they are only messengers

telling you who you are.

Revalue yourself and

they will confirm the change.”

Words Have Power.

NEVER say anything that

you do NOT want to be true.

Immediately contradict a

negative with its opposite.

Repeat positive ideas you

believe in and they

will fill your life!
