the night completely

I notice in weeks where I have a day or two that I can sleep in and get 8 hours I feel much better on all fronts.

unlike you, i've never been a night owl. i prefer sleeping at night. some nights are better than others. 4 big dogs, country, critters, full moons, coyotes, the list goes on and on... :)
