When it comes to learning
about what it means to
grow old, beware
of the experts

and it harms significantly.
Avoid it at all costs.

consider it temporary and
don't succumb to its siren call.
Eat a gallon of ice cream.
Watch movies all day, but
the next day get up....
...Get dressed and plan something
you can do. And when you can't,
there is no shame in getting assistance. Especially these days!
We need every right thinking person
to be a node of sanity.
You are important to all of us.
Gratitude is a concept.
Saying 'Thank You'
the practice.
Meaning it:
the Perfection.
Stoking resentment
helps no one, but
it's easier than
having good ideas.
Occasionally in life
there are those moments
of unutterable fulfillment
which cannot be completely
explained by those symbols
called words. Their meanings
can only be articulated by
the inaudible language
of the heart. Such
