I breathe, I calm, I focus

On what's real,

And slowly, my balance

Begins to heal.

With every step, 

I find my footing again,

And life becomes manageable, 

less of a strain.

I learn to appreciate

The little things,

And find peace in the

Quiet moments that brings.
