Pixie looks like she has a quiet heart. Great pictures today.
Another great starting picture full of color.
❤️
Oh thanks Mike!
Great photos :-D
Pixie looks quite alert.
Wow, the first sky/reflection is gorgeous.
Love the Pixie and Gull images.
Take care, have a wonderful day!
...today is life, live it. it's not a dress rehearsal.
I haven't seen a ring billed gull before. Your quotes are great today too
Wonderful today, Cloudia. ;-)
Beautiful post!
A quiet heart is always a happy place. Blessings, Cloudia!
I love Hawaiian language...is it still spoken and taught? I somehow think I saw a school somewhere (maybe Facebook years ago) where Hawaiian was being taught. I like the idea of a US state with a second (original) language!
Today, i require nothing more than the first pic although the last one is always nice too.
Nice photo's today.
Thanks for the phonetic spelling of the street name. When I was in Hawaii the long words tripped me up every time.
So beautiful photos. Loved the post.
The Hawaiian language is the second official language of Hawaii. It has in recent years experienced a resurgence including Hawaiian language, immersion schools. There are more native speakers than there have been in a really long time. The kids who attend the schools or have graduated from them are amazing. Yes, we are lucky to have a rich host culture in these islands. Thanks for your visit and comment. I always enjoy your posts! Aloha Barbara
