Morning After

A   L   O   H   A  !

I love 
"The Day After."

For many

in the path of the storm,

the day after

is Day One

of a long haul;

Perhaps the first day

of a new way of life

without home, 

livelihood,

or loved ones.

They won't be
forgotten.

 But for most of us,

the lucky ones,

we return

to the blessings

usually too 'normal'

to be noticed.
