A Rosy Tower, Blooming blush

In twilit hour. Rising as the

Shadows cower Above the hills,

In silent power. Landscape, dark,

O velvet sea, Tugging at

The heart of me Photograph

Of fleeting peace, Where sun and night

Dance, then release. Night wings come to flower Beneath the Rosy Tower. Branches brush

The cooling air, Whispering

Beauty everywhere. Those colors spun

From dusk and gold. No one can command,

Nor any hold.

This fleeting gift,

The day’s last hour Retreating
