Up And Running

A L O H A From Honolulu!
You don't see the
things you photograph,
you feel them.
  Andre Kertesz

Rainbow Shower Tree Blossoms
May the stars
carry your sadness away,
May the flowers
fill your heart with beauty,
May hope forever
wipe away your tears,
And, above all, may silence
make you strong.
 Chief Dan George

Tiny feet, heart so free,
Dancing by the ocean with glee.
Hair tousled in the salty breeze,
Eyes a-sparkle, full of ease.
Running wild, joyful sight,
Growing bundle of pure delight.
Pixie

No amount of regret
changes the past.
No amount of anxiety
changes the future.
Any amount of gratitude
changes the present.

I love flowers too. The kids kept laughing about how I'd stop to take photos every time I saw a new flower in Chicago.

Photography is a feeling. Mom gets ideas and can feel and imagine how things should look and they she makes it happen with the camera. Many people don't have that ability and it shows in their photos. Gratitude is also so important in life, one must have it to truly be happy.
