The Lions are Celebrities!
Some smaller,

They too have their fans.
I do not enjoy loud crashing sounds.

Simply wonderful lions, gorgeous colors.
happy, happy new year! year of the snake!
Oh happy day! Thanks for sharing the joy with us- Peace for you too, Karen
Love the lion dancers! I think today's Chinese is better rendered:
在新的一年裡,祝你們好運!
(You need the verb-object "wishing y'all" before "good luck," or it doesn't sound quite right.)
How busy! The big dragons look huge and heavy, and the younger kids are amazing. If you need to bang a gong, bang the gong softly, as I sleep in late.

To "Kick the Gong" was slang in early 20th Century America for smokimg opium.
"He took her down to Chinatown/ And he showed her how to kick the gong around" -Cab Calloway ...
I wanna BANG the gong, NOT kick it, LOL!
Incidentally, Teresa is practically a native Chinese speaker, professional translator and published scholar! Google Translator has it's limitations, as she shows us.
Thanks dear friends!
